Faith

It has been quite a while since I posted anything. It seems that our family has been affected by the slump in the housing market. Gregg was laid off by the company he was working for. The company was only able to sell one house last year. So had to be let go. I never thought that our family would be affected by an unemployment. Our faith that things will be O.K. has been our saving grace. Hopefully Gregg will find jobs and move forward with beginning his own business. He does have his contractors license. He is great at home improvements as well. If I have to return to work I will. Either way we will endure this trial. We both have wonderful supporting families who love us and will help. As for the house, Gregg will continue to finish it. If we have to end up selling it then we will. Whatever the Lord's will, we will be willing to do. I love my Heavenly Father as well as my Savior and I know they will not let us down when we are doing our part. I also have to remember to pray for the other millions that have lost their jobs. This is a hard time right now in our country. I am hopeful that when one door closes another opens.

Well, Deana, I do know you are a wonderful person and you do have a lot of faith and it is being tested. Hang tough. You will get through this. I don't know how but the Lord does. I love and pray for you.

I know things can get really hard especially when faced with financial troubles. Faith is what gets us through. We can be comforted that the Lord does have a plan for us, and he does help us through changes that are difficult. Your family will be in my thoughts and prayers.

My prayers are with you through this difficult time. My dad lost his job several times during my childhood/adolesence and I remember how financially and emotionally hard it can be. I hope that your kids will gain much from this experience, it taught me more about life and how to rely on faith than any other experience I have ever had.

What an example of Faith. You are one of those people who strengthens others even through your own hardships. I know you will be blessed as you put your trust in the Lord. Thanks for reminding me what is truly important.
