We did stop for a quick pose although it was bitterly cold.
Caroline's cast did not stop her. We put a sock over the cast then two
Walmart bags over the sock and then a large
rubber band to hold it all on the cast. It worked great. She stayed on her knees most of the time. She didn't care a bit.
Kimberly did not know what to think. She was in awe!
Hannah jumped right in to try and make a snowball.
Melanie was taken back by the strong winds and blizzard like conditions.
This is what we woke up to on Tuesday morning. Boy were the kids thrilled.

Looks like you've got real family there of nature lovers. The happiness shines through in the pictures. Very nice. My kids are always outside playing while their peers are inside "playing with their wiis."
Enjoy your family - their smiles are priceless!

Yeah for snow in NC!
Okay, we haven't had a lick of snow in Maryland this whole winter and we're like 300 miles farther north than you! It does look freezing but I must say I'm a bit jealous. :)
Manny and I both love the last picture. We think it belongs in a calendar. The snow was so much fun! Manny was also wondering if Greg can give him a call. His cell. phone got stolen so he lost his number. He got a new phone and has the same phone number as before.
